Upstairs was the open plan theatre on the Gallery Level where core cooking skills were put into practise in stunning demonstrations. 

MasterChef 2010 winner Dhruv Baker was one of the chefs on stage showing how to expertly pan fry a duck breast with fellow finalist Tim Kinnaird showing how to make gnocchi and Celebrity MasterChef 2010 finalist Christine Hamilton created jellied Bloody Marys and Pâté Marguerite. 

All sessions were free of charge.
