The Producers’ Village was packed with small high quality producers who specialise in artisan, local and seasonal produce.  The area included pavilions dedicated to Slow Food UK where you could find producers of good, clean and fair food and drink and selected quality producers at Henrietta Green’s popular Food Lovers Approved Area.

Slow Food UK

We are proud to have a partnership with Slow Food UK, the international movement that believes that food is a common language and that good, clean and fair food is a universal right.  At the Slow Food Pavillion at the show you could taste and learn about the provenance of speciality foods.  The Slow Food Team was there to answer any questions about the Slow Food Movement and how to get involved both nationally and in your local area.

Henrietta Green’s FoodLovers Approved Area is where you could find the best of local and regional food and drink producers.

Food Lovers Britain are passionate about superb quality, great tasting, local and regional food.  They search high and low throughout Britain for the best quality local and regional food businesses, and bring them to the show within the FoodLovers Approved Area.
