Disabled Companions Admitted FREE
If you need to bring a companion, assistant or guider with you to the show to maximise your enjoyment, then that carer can be admitted free of charge. Please make this clear to the Box Office when you book your tickets - they will be happy to help! These tickets must be booked via the Box Office over the phone on 0844 581 1361.
Olympia Access
Olympia Grand Hall access is on Olympia Way. Lifts are then used to access each floor.

Manual Wheelchair Loan
Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at the venues on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7598 2411. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.
Assistance Dogs
All assistance dogs are welcome. Venue staff should be approached for further information. It is however not recommended that animals be subjected to the loud noises and special effects from concerts. The venue should be contacted directly should you have concerns or special requirements.
Sign Language Interpreted Sessions
There will be signed sessions throughout the show in our theatres. Please refer to the theatre timetables section of this website, where they will be clearly marked for your information..
Car Park
There are disabled bays available in the multi-storey car park at Olympia.
You are strongly advised to pre-book car parking as it is cheaper to book in advance. Visitors may now pre book spaces by logging on the Earls Court and Olympia web site www.eco.co.uk or by calling the dedicated telephone booking line on 0871 871 9809
